Job Description
The Manufactured Housing Sales Representative is a driven, professional, and career-oriented individual responsible for promoting and selling manufactured housing products within an assigned region. This role requires strong organization, effective communication, active listening, and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high energy, integrity, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote manufactured housing products within the assigned region Engage prospective customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual consultations to assess needs and present tailored housing solutions Build strong relationships with retailers, community managers, and other industry partners to expand market reach Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase the features and benefits of manufactured homes Identify new business opportunities by analyzing regional market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up Collaborate with regional teams to achieve sales goals, share insights, and support marketing initiatives Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the housing or construction industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and partners Ability to travel frequently within your designated region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals Knowledge of manufactured housing products, industry regulations, or related fields Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Join us as a Manufactured Housing Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing quality homes that transform communities!
