Outside Sales Representative Fast Threads Inc. — Montevideo, MN and Dawson, MN Fast Threads is a growing custom decorated apparel company with locations in Montevideo, Dawson, and Watertown, SD. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, DTF, wide format signage, and laser engraving, serving schools, businesses, teams, and organizations across the region. We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow new business across Western and Central Minnesota. Responsibilities Prospect and close new business across Western and Central Minnesota. Service and grow an inherited book of existing accounts. Convert inbound leads from phone, website, walk-ins, and social media into closed business. Sell across our full capabilities including bulk orders, online stores, team apparel, promotional products, and signage. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Work primarily from our Montevideo and Dawson offices (60-70%), with the remainder spent in the field. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, disciplined, and self-directed. Accountable, hard-working, and reliable. Comfortable building and maintaining customer relationships. Willingness to prospect and engage new customers. Industry or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
