We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist, clerical and sales associated duties at our office. As a front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable while in our office. Since 1990 we've been a full-service, in-house manufacturing, and promotional marketing company.

Responsibilities:

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Be a back-up to the reception desk which includes answering incoming calls & redirecting when needed, greeting and assisting with walk-in customers. Communicate through email for sales related questions. Assist the sales representatives in research, order entry, product presentations, etc. Knowledge in Marketing and the processes of embroidery, screen printing, digital production, vehicle wraps, and promotional items is a plus. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.

Requirements:

Great social skills and a positive, welcoming, friendly attitude. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Programs. Ability to multi-task and maintain priorities. Ability to lift 10 lbs. - 40 lbs. High attention to detail.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
