Job Description

As an inside sales representative at Abra Kadabra Environmental , you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while contributing to the company's growth. Your primary responsibility is to engage with warm leads, educate prospects on our services, and facilitate the sales process. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell existing customers, reconnect with previous clients and assist in maintaining our customer database. This position requires a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Developing product and service knowledge : Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Abra Kadabra Environmental 's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Fielding inbound calls:
Answer inbound calls from warm leads using provided sales scripts to educate prospects and guide them through the sales process.
Responding to online inquiries:
Reach out to prospects who have submitted online inquiry forms, providing accurate information about our pest control programs and addressing their inquiries. Handling customer outreach : Contact current customers to cross-sell additional Abra Kadabra products and services and reconnect with previous clients to encourage them to utilize our services again. Scheduling appointments : Schedule initial appointments with new customers and ensure accurate customer information is entered into our database.
Continuous learning:
Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and shadowing to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Sales experience : Two or more years of previous sales experience Work schedule: Ability to work a regular full-time/part-time schedule
Communication Skills:
Comfortable spending the majority of your time communicating with customers and prospects Software proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRMs.
Personality:
Have an outgoing, friendly personality and strong organizational skills
Multitasking:
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Ethic:
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent judgment and independent thinking skills
Initiative:
Be a self-starter who can anticipate and solve problems independently and as part of a team
Screening:
Must pass a drug screening and background check
Education:
Possess a high school diploma or
