AT&T Retail Sales & Brand Representative - Baxter, MN Full-Time | W-2 Position | Paid Training | Weekly Pay We are currently hiring a Retail Sales & Brand Representative in the Baxter, MN area to support an in-person retail sales and promotional campaign for AT&T wireless products and services. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position combining retail sales, brand promotion, customer engagement, and customer service. You'll work directly with customers inside retail locations and at promotional events, introducing AT&T wireless products and services, explaining available plans and promotions, answering questions, and helping interested customers find options that fit their needs. No previous wireless, sales, or marketing experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. What You'll Do Represent AT&T wireless products and services at retail and promotional locations Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations Introduce AT&T wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotions Ask questions to understand customers' wireless and connectivity needs Educate customers on available products, plans, upgrades, and service options Answer questions about products, services, and current promotions Recommend wireless solutions based on customer needs Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process Build brand awareness through positive and professional customer interactions Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals Track daily customer engagement and sales activity Participate in ongoing product, sales, and campaign training Compensation & Employment Full-time W-2 position Weekly pay Additional performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities Paid training Consistent in-person retail and promotional schedule Opportunities for advancement based on performance and leadership ability What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with customers Interest in wireless technology, retail, marketing, customer service, or sales Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Reliable and able to commute to retail and promotional locations throughout the Baxter area Professional attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment Previous experience in retail, wireless, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, events, promotions, marketing, or sales is helpful but not required.
