Job Description
Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator to support sales and business development within our Hospitality & Travel portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate group and banquet F&B sales activities, prepare proposals and banquet event orders, and partner closely with operations to deliver seamless events. You will engage directly with clients, manage leads in CRM systems, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue. Responsibilities Support the hotel sales team in selling and coordinating food and beverage packages for groups, meetings, and events. Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to operations teams. Liaise with clients to understand needs, customize F&B offerings, and provide prompt follow-up on inquiries. Coordinate with culinary, banquet, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless event execution. Track leads, maintain client records, and update CRM and sales reports to support revenue goals. Assist with site visits, tastings, and pre-con meetings to showcase Marriott's F&B capabilities. Monitor event details on the day-of, addressing last-minute changes and ensuring guest satisfaction. Analyze feedback and sales data to identify upsell opportunities and improve service delivery. Collaborate with Revenue Management to align F&B pricing and packages with property strategy. Uphold Marriott brand standards, promoting a culture of service excellence, inclusion, and integrity.
