Roof Company N.A. Inc is currently looking for motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Our goal for 2026 is to continue expanding by hiring driven, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals who want to build a rewarding career in roofing sales. At the completion of your first 30 days, your compensation plan will be reviewed based on overall performance. The evaluation is designed to recognize consistency, professionalism, and production. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking for a career with unlimited earning potential, we provide one of the most comprehensive training systems in the industry. You will not be expected to figure things out on your own, we have a fully turnkey sales training program designed to help you succeed quickly. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs for damage. This is an outside sales position that requires door-to-door canvassing (door knocking) to generate leads and appointments. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with homeowners. Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process. Generate and follow up on leads. Build relationships through networking, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing. Assist homeowners throughout the roofing restoration process. Work closely with project managers to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Achieve individual monthly and annual sales goals. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
