On Site Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage key customer accounts and aggressively pursue new business opportunities throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. Lead Generation:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.Consultative Selling:
Create accurate quotes for customers and follow up diligently with new and existing customers.Product Expertise:
Become the "go-to" expert for our sanitation, safety, and climate control solutions, providing technical guidance to customers or other team members.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with our sales, customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and service effectiveness.Market Growth:

Minimum of two-year previous sales experience, preferably in the construction market Must be a self-starter Must be able to present to all different levels Basic computer skills (word, excel, CRM, Salesforce) Good analytical and problem-solving skillsCompensation and Benefits:
