As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our team and help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes and budgets.

Job Summary:

The HVAC Comfort Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor for homeowners by helping them make informed HVAC decisions.

Essential Duties:

Conduct in-home consultations and assess homeowner comfort needs Present HVAC system options with clear, honest recommendations Build strong relationships and create trust with customers Generate leads through networking, referrals, and technician-generated opportunities Create accurate proposals using company-provided software Explain financing options and available promotions Follow up on estimates and maintain communication through the sales process Work closely with install teams and management for smooth project handoffs Track KPIs and continuously improve sales performance Represent Finch Electrical Heating & Air in the community and build strategic partnerships

Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability Preference:

2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience preferred Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and self-motivated Ability to build trust and guide homeowners through major decisions Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software Valid driver's license and clean driving record A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands and walks; and may need to reach, bend, or stoop to access materials or assist customers. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Works in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions. May be exposed to moderate to high noise levels, confined spaces, heights, and electrical hazards.
