This Isn't a Sit-at-a-Desk-All-Day Sales Job Some days you'll be talking with contractors, answering phones, preparing quotes, helping customers select stone, calculating quantities, coordinating orders, and solving problems. Other times you'll be on your feet, looking at material, helping with stone, taking photos, checking an order, or working with the yard team. You'll use your people skills, brain muscles, and actual muscles. If you want a career where you can think, move, learn, solve problems, and make people happy, you'll fit in much better here than someone who just wants to sit behind a counter. What You'll Do

• Help contractors, landscapers, designers, and customers find the right stone and products for their projects
• Answer customer questions by phone, text, email, and in person
• Prepare quotes and help customers understand their options
• Calculate quantities and double-check order details
• Create and manage customer orders and bills of lading
• Coordinate product pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors
• Follow orders from quote through pickup or delivery
• Work closely with our yard team to make sure customers get what they ordered
• Learn our stone and concrete products—and keep learning
• Help solve the unusual questions and problems that bring professionals to Lucky Stone
• Maintain accurate, organized customer and order information
• Occasionally lift and handle stone and other heavy materials Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if:
