Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven RV Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end recreational vehicle sales, engaging with customers both in person and through outbound channels. Your passion for outdoor adventure, combined with exceptional sales skills, will help customers find their perfect RV while building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts. Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase RV features, benefits, and customization options. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing high-end sales confidently. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure availability of popular models and accessories. Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up with prospects, update customer information, and monitor sales progress. Upsell additional products or services such as accessories, warranties, or upgrades to maximize revenue opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach programs. Collaborate with sales support teams to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance. Maintain organized records of all transactions, appointments, and follow-ups while adhering to dealership policies. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or RV industry is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals confidently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Prior dealership experience or retail sales background will give you an advantage in understanding inventory management and retail math. Familiarity with CRM software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management is essential. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective public speaking engagements or presentations is desirable. Experience in outbound sales activities such as cold calling or telemarketing will help you succeed in building new client relationships. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent phone etiquette ensure professional interactions at all times. $52,338.07 - $90,000.00 per year
