Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Sales to build and scale a high-performance commercial organization. This leader will operationalize a structured revenue engine that separates pipeline creation, inbound lead management, and deal closing, enabling faster lead response, stronger pipeline generation, and higher sales productivity. The role is responsible for pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, sales process discipline, and team performance in support of scalable revenue growth. This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for building the systems, processes, and team required to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership o Lead and manage the commercial organization, including; Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Inside Sales Specialists (ISS), Business Development Managers (BDMs) o Recruiting and onboarding new sales talent o Coaching and performance management o Establishing sales accountability and performance culture o Leading weekly pipeline and performance reviews
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management o Own the company's revenue pipeline and forecast o Managing pipeline coverage and opportunity progression o Maintaining accurate revenue forecasts o Conducting regular pipeline inspection and deal coaching o Identifying and addressing pipeline gaps o Ensure clear visibility into revenue performance through disciplined Salesforce CRM management and reporting.
  • Sales Process Execution o Improve productivity through role specialization
  • Market & Territory Development o Support expansion of the company's market presence o Territory planning and market coverage o Dealer and distributor engagement o Identifying strategic growth opportunities o Supporting key customer relaptionships
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence o Partner with product, sales, engineering, and analytics teams to execute data-driven growth initiatives.
o Build scalable systems, modular workflows, and reusable automation frameworks for long-term efficiency. o Ensure message alignment, brand consistency, and integrated multi-channel experiences across both manufacturers.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • experience building inside sales and BDR teams
  • CRM-driven sales management (Salesforce preferred)
  • experience in B2B or industrial markets
Pay:
$160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
