$60,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission (Target Total Compensation Approximately $130,000+) +
Mileage Reimbursement Overview :
We are hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow new business within the automotive dealership market. This is a true hunter role focused on cold prospecting, in-person outreach, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, is comfortable walking into stores, knows how to build relationships with decision makers, and has a track record of creating and closing new business. You will sell a suite of technology solutions and supporting services that help dealerships improve inventory management, online merchandising, and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and in-person dealership visits
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Deliver product demos and sales presentations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Close new accounts and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Develop relationships with dealership decision makers (GM, Sales Managers, etc.
)
Required Qualifications:
  • Automotive retail industry experience
  • Proven success in cold sales/outside sales (hunter role)
  • Strong closing skills and self-motivation
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, or services
  • Existing dealership relationships
  • CRM experience
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
