We are hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow new business within the automotive dealership market. This is a true hunter role focused on cold prospecting, in-person outreach, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, is comfortable walking into stores, knows how to build relationships with decision makers, and has a track record of creating and closing new business. You will sell a suite of technology solutions and supporting services that help dealerships improve inventory management, online merchandising, and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and in-person dealership visits
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Deliver product demos and sales presentations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and meet/exceed sales targets
- Develop relationships with dealership decision makers (GM, Sales Managers, etc.
)
Required Qualifications:
- Automotive retail industry experience
- Proven success in cold sales/outside sales (hunter role)
- Strong closing skills and self-motivation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling software, SaaS, or services
- Existing dealership relationships
- CRM experience
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
