Execute daily follow-up, appointment-setting, and customer communication expectations Maintain consistent CRM activity and next-action discipline Participate fully in dealership sales process and TO structure Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles. Create and present purchase options using dealership tools. Maintain follow-up communication with unsold prospects. Submit customer information into the CRM accurately. Coordinate with Sales Managers and Finance on deal structure. Prepare vehicles for delivery and review features with customers. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals. Support dealership sales events. Requirements Qualifications Retail or automotive sales experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn manufacturer product lines. Comfort with CRM systems and digital communication. Work Environment Showroom and outdoor lot environment with customer interaction. Physical Requirements Walking lot areas Standing for long periods Schedule Full-time; includes evenings and weekends. KPIs Sales Volume CSI Scores Follow-Up Completion CRM Accuracy
