Job Description

1Micro in Waconia, MN is a fast-growing tech company that manufactures and manages key security devices and inventory systems for car dealerships, commercial companies, fleet departments, and multifamily properties. For over 30 years, we have provided innovative solutions for some of the common problems within the automotive industry, and we continue to push the boundaries of technology to better serve our customers. Due to our rapid growth and current development projects with multiple Fortune 500 companies, we are looking for a team-focused, driven, and friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Primary Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products based on needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations Manage and execute follow-up outreach on all open leads and prospects assigned by the Regional Sales Director Communicate with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and text to maintain engagement and move deals forward Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business Build and deliver accurate quotes and package options tailored to the specific needs of each customer Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the customer base into new markets or territories Take on lower-complexity sales opportunities independently with direction from the sales manager Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements Schedule and coordinate demos, discovery calls, and follow-up conversations on behalf of the Sales Manager Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress effectively Gain Product and Job knowledge overtime, growing into an independent Sales role within the company Hours and Benefits Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday:
8am-4pm or 1Micro offers a flexible schedule
Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour (depending on experience) + Expected Annual Commission Potential of $10,000, No Commission Cap Full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements/Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, with a genuine passion for helping people. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Previous experience in sales Understanding of the sales process and dynamics Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Sales Management, strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills to meet assigned deadlines Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
