Metro Regions, USA Compensation:
$100,000 - $180,000+ Total Compensation (Base + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits)
Overview:
We're partnering with a growing, production-backed signage and visual communications company looking to bring on a proven Outside Sales Representative . Experience required This role is built for someone already in signage / wide format sales who feels capped — limited support, weak production, or not enough upside — and is ready to elevate their career, earnings, and market presence . This is a true new business role with the backing, tools, and leadership to help you scale.
What You'll Do:
Drive new business development across the Massachusetts market Sell wide format digital print, environmental graphics, and signage solutions Target key verticals: retail, construction, corporate, healthcare, events Build and manage a consistent, high-quality pipeline Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Collaborate with internal production/design teams to deliver high-impact solutions What We're Looking For (Required): 3+ years of signage / wide format / visual communications sales experience Proven ability to hunt, close, and generate new business Experience selling one or more of the following: Wide format digital print Environmental graphics Trade show & event displays Architectural signage Motivated by income growth, autonomy, and performance Looking to step into a larger opportunity and scale earnings
