Job Description

TerWisscha Construction Inc. has been delivering exceptional architectural design and construction services since 1963. Known for our integrity and innovative approach, we serve professionals across various markets, including but not limited to, veterinary clinics, veterinary surgery centers, and dental practices, by building state-of-the-art facilities tailored to their needs. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator/Inside Sales professional to provide organized, consistent, and effective support to our Business Development Team while leading internal and external marketing initiatives. This paid role offers the opportunity to drive marketing efforts that educate and communicate who TWC is and the services we provide, while engaging prospective clients and supporting sales growth through creative campaigns, strategic outreach, and relationship-building. Reports to:
Business Development Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate local and national conferences, including TWC personnel attendance, exhibit booth rentals and furnishings, TWC displays, and lodging arrangements as discussed monthly.
  • Manage TWC promotional merchandise/"swag" inventory, product selection, and ordering.
  • Create, coordinate, and assist with the promotion of all TWC internal and external events.
  • Meet with Business Development team regularly to discuss needs and strategies
  • Ensure a consistent, engaging, and content-rich social media presence.
  • Coordinate photographic sessions with our clients and photographer for completed projects
  • Coordinate video testimonials with past clients and vendor partners.
  • Review and update all marketing materials
  • Monitor online reviews and prepare appropriate responses.
  • Maintain, manage, and update the TWC website.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the client database to support marketing initiatives.
  • Develop new marketing materials (digital/print/etc).
  • Maintain and monitor print advertising efforts, as applicable.

Other Duties:
  • Some travel will be required
  • Assist in TWC clothing and "swag" procurement
  • Assist in TWC event planning and coordination Accountability
  • This position is accountable for:
  • Ensuring TWC maintains a current, accurate, and engaging website and social media presence.
  • Assist the Outside Sales team with client deliverables and internal support functions.
  • Strategize and align TWC Marketing efforts as a whole as well as internal and external events. Qualifications
  • To perform the job successfully, an individual should possess the following qualifications:
  • Technical Skills
  • Webpage management and development experience, Social media experience on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong ability to learn new programs and software as necessary. Sales Force, Photography, Video, and Photo Editing experience is a plus.
  • Personal Skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, high ethical standards, ability to multitask, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience
  • 3-5 years in a Marketing or Business Development Role.
Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
Pay:
$60,000.00
  • $75,000.
