Customer Sales Representative

American Crane and Tractor Parts is looking for a qualified Sales Person to join our sales team in our Cedar Hill, MO office. This position will be a 9am-6pm, Monday- Friday job that will serve as a point of contact for customer calls with queries about products, parts look-ups, orders and deliveries. This position will also provide support for other sales representatives across the company. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices and can multi-task. A basic knowledge of mechanical parts would be a plus, but is not required. Responsibilities

• Process orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the Logistics and Warehouse department to ensure stock levels and timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Manage the return and defective process, which includes tracking of parts shipping, credit from vendors, and return process. Communicate with accounting about past due invoices with customers Pro-active calling to customers for quote follow ups, in-active customers, general industry leads Requirements
• Proven work experience in the Customer Service field, preferably experience in Sales support
• Hands on experience with CRM software and good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.

Prefer Associates, but not required.
