We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Seasonal Sales Support Specialist to join Team '76. This exciting opportunity is based in our Columbia, Missouri office, so we're seeking someone who either resides in or is willing to relocate to the heart of Central Missouri. Why Spirit? Competitive Compensation - Starting hourly ranges from $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience $200 Fireworks Credit 50% off in our Retail Store and Seasonal Tent What We Are Looking For A Seasonal Sales Support Specialist who is a detail-oriented, organized team player to support our sales team during peak business periods. You'll help keep the sales process running smoothly by assisting Account Executives, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate, timely communication with customers. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency and delivering a positive customer experience by managing multiple priorities and supporting day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desired Equivalent professional experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles may be considered in place of formal education Experience working with order management systems or CRM platforms preferred Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively across teams Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management A reliable source of transportation to and from your home base Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
