Job Description
Position Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position will meet with clients, identify their staffing needs, promote Source One Staffing's services, and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Sales and Client Development Find and contact potential new clients. Schedule appointments and conduct outside sales calls. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify client staffing needs and offer appropriate solutions. Negotiate rates and service agreements. Follow Source One Staffing's process for onboarding new clients. Client Support Maintain regular communication with clients. Address client concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Communicate client needs to management, recruiters, and Client Service Representatives. Provide internal teams with the information needed to successfully support each client. Administrative Duties Document sales activities and client communication in the company's CRM system. Keep client information accurate and up to date. Assist with following up on past-due invoices and client payments when necessary. Compliance and Safety Participate in client safety inspections with the Compliance Manager as needed. Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA, Department of Labor, and EEOC regulations. Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Other Responsibilities Be available by company-issued phone for urgent client matters outside normal business hours when needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous sales, account management, staffing, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and generate new business. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using social media for sales or marketing is a plus. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel within the assigned territory for client visits and sales calls. Performance Expectations The Sales Representative is expected to: Meet established sales and business development goals. Maintain timely communication with clients and internal teams. Respond to client calls and messages promptly. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Represent Source One Staffing in a professional and positive manner. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality. Work with management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Schedule Monday•Friday 8:00am•5:00pm
