What You'll Do Utilize your sales expertise to identify and engage potential customers through leads, referrals, and prospecting. Conduct professional inspections for roofing and exterior services, including siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia. Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through insurance claim processes when needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and the community. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience in roofing, exteriors is required. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to perform detailed roof and exterior inspections confidently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
