What we are looking for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist internet customers with buying decisions Help customers select the unit which best meets their needs and advise on towing requirements Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units Present and sell other value-added options Write deals to present to sales manager Maintain regular follow up with prospective and current clients Conduct daily follow-up calls to leads and customers who have not yet made a purchase, ensuring ongoing engagement and addressing any questions or concerns Create promotional videos with our media manager Follow the Byerly RV Sales process Learn all RV categories- tent trailer, fifth wheel, trailers, and luxury motorhomes All other tasks as assigned Competencies Can-do attitude Self-motivated Strong attention to detail Team player Required Skills/Abilities Valid Driver's License, satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report with an insurable driving record Ability to drive, move and park recreational vehicles of all sizes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent Experience at an RV or automotive dealership environment a plus Schedule Monday•Saturday with a day off on (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Days:
9 am- 6 pm Monday
- Friday, 9 am
- 5 pm Saturdays Compensation Draw on Commission Weekly draw Commission structure: Tiered strucutre Work Environment This position operates outside and in a shop environment.
