Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment. Passion for driving business growth through proactive sales efforts. Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities No experience necessary, will train thoroughly to ensure success. Collaborate with inside team to ensure a seamless roof replacement for homeowners. Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair. Demonstrate knowledge to effectively communicate roofing needs with homeowners during contract signings. Work with homeowners and insurance adjusters to effectively determine the scope of damage during adjustment appointments. Build & maintain strong relationships with former/current clients for customer satisfaction and generating referrals.

$75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
