Sales BDC Represntative 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Florissant, MO 63031 $17 - $19 an hour Johnny Londoff Chevrolet Inc 10 reviews $17 - $19 an hour We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing dealership team! If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by earning potential, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming sales leads, calls, texts, and internet inquiries Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with customers Build relationships with potential buyers and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system Follow up on missed appointments and unsold opportunities Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic and sales
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and motivated to succeed Comfortable on the phone and with texting/email communication Sales, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
