Full-time Position:

Sales & Office Coordinator (Commercial Roofing Equipment) We're a growing commercial roofing equipment company looking for a highly organized, reliable office professional who can keep our sales process moving and make sure no opportunity is missed. This is not just an "admin" job—we need someone who can think, prioritize, and help us close more business.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Take and process sales orders accurately
• Follow up on quotes and leads (this is a big part of the job)
• Schedule deliveries, demos, and appointments
• Keep our sales pipeline organized and up to date
• Communicate with contractors and customers daily
• Assist with light social media (posting inventory, updates, etc.

)

What We're Looking For:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable following up with customers (not afraid to pick up the phone)
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Experience in sales support, construction, or roofing is a plus
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision

Pay:

$22-24 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity for bonuses based on performance
