Pay:
$800 per week Job description: We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to assist with sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Understanding product features and conveying that to potential customers is the highest priority. Responsibilities Ensure excellent service for potential and returning customersProvide assistance to customers and provide details about product featuresActively seek out potential sales opportunitiesRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsProcess POS (point of sale) purchasesCross sell productsTeam up with co-workers to ensure proper customer serviceBuild productive trusting relationships with customersComply with inventory control procedures SkillsProven work experience as a Car Sales associate, Retail Sales, RVs or similar role'Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a plus)Basic Math skillsWorking knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirementsTrack record of over-achieving sales quotaHands-on experience with NetSuite POS transactionsFamiliarity with inventory proceduresSolid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerMust know how to operate a tractor.

Availability to work flexible shifts (weekend rotations are a must)High school degree; or related experience field would be a plus
