  • Full-time We're looking for a hungry, creative, entrepreneurial person who can help generate sales ideas, find new customers, improve operations, and support new revenue opportunities while learning about the hardwood business.
What you'll do: Bring in new customers & follow up with leads Call/text prospects Manage Facebook Marketplace & online listings Help with orders, scheduling, and inventory Assist with website/product uploads Help with marketing & promotions Handle customer messages/calls Support the production team when needed Solve problems and keep things moving What we want: Driven, reliable, and organized Good with people Comfortable with phones/computers/social media Willing to learn the hardwood business Takes initiative and wants to grow Big plus: Sales or marketing experience Woodworking/construction knowledge Shopify/Facebook/Excel experience Forklift experience
