What You'll Do As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers and help guide them from their first inquiry through the purchase of their next vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person Helping customers through the application and qualification process Explaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs Responding to online leads and customer inquiries Scheduling customer appointments Following up with prospective customers Maintaining your customer database in our company CRM Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently Working with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required. We're looking for people who: Enjoy talking with and helping people Have strong communication skills Are dependable and organized Are comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and face-to-face Can manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up Have a positive, team-oriented attitude Are willing to learn and grow with the company Have a valid state-issued driver's license and a good driving record Are available to work a 40-hour workweek
