Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. Position Overview We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team! Responsibilities Consulting with customers to find a Buick/GMC vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs. Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Gain a working knowledge of the Buick/GMC product line Attend training offered by both Buick/GMC and the Ed Morse Automotive Group The professional completion of all sales related paperwork Following the Ed Morse "Steps to the Sale" to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Qualifications Must have previous Sales experience Steady work history and strong desire to succeed Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow through skills A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Valid Driver's License with a clean record Successfully complete a background and drug screening Why Ed Morse?
