We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, premium products, and a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. We are currently seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our growing organization. Experience in smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates. Employees who demonstrate strong performance may advance to Senior Sales Associate, Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager positions. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product recommendations based on customer needs Educate customers on vape products, disposable vapes, nicotine products, glass products, smoking accessories and other merchandise Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals Promote featured products, bundle offers, and store promotions Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system Verify customer age and identification for age-restricted products Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays Receive, stock, and replenish inventory Assist with inventory counts and merchandising activities Follow company policies and compliance requirements Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment QualificationsPreferred Previous smoke shop, vape shop, convenience store, retail, or customer service experience Sales experience with a proven ability to meet goals Strong communication and customer service skills Entry-Level Candidates Welcome We are willing to train highly motivated individuals who possess: Positive attitude Strong work ethic Professional appearance Reliability and punctuality Desire to learn and grow Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable transportation
