We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team and help fuel our next phase of growth. What You'll Do This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where your job is simple: turn leads into appointments and deals. Call and text inbound leads to qualify customers Collect required documents ("stips") to move deals forward Set and confirm appointments for the dealership Become an expert on our financing programs and inventory Answer customer questions and build trust over the phone Present deal terms and options to customers when applicable Drive additional leads through: Facebook Marketplace Social media outreach Creative lead generation strategies What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (phone + text) Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Sales mindset—you want to win Preferred (not required): 1+ year of phone sales, BDC, or call center experience Compensation & Growth Base Salary + Weekly Bonuses Paid on : Appointments set Deals that close Clear path for growth as the company scales Opportunity to get in early with a rapidly growing startup Why Join Whipz?
