Exterior Consultant (Roofing Sales)

•NOTE• This is NOT a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brody Allen Exteriors. This is a commission-based sales position, and a company truck will be supplied. Responsibilities and Duties Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage. Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process, and to sign restoration agreements. Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors and damages. Marketing and lead generation for new prospects. Coordinate project activities and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize CRM (Acculynx). Assist in the preparation of sale contracts. Collaborate with team members on schematics and project plans to maintain alignment with project goals. Maintain effective communication with all management and customers. Effective time management and prioritizing tasks effectively within tight deadlines. Qualifications Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers. Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary. Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule). Preferred previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity. Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads. Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong time management skills, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
