Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team! Duties Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism. Supervise daily store operations, including stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail transactions, cash handling, and cash register operations. Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing stock replenishment. Train and supervise team members on sales techniques, POS usage, phone etiquette, and customer service standards. Handle retail sales transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Proven supervising or leadership experience in Furniture sales or retail sales. Strong communication skills. Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, cash drawer handling, and retail math calculations. Demonstrated ability to perform retail store product knowledge tasks such as merchandising and product demos. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Knowledge of furniture store procedures including stocking, cashiering, and retail sales transactions. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations; familiarity with phone etiquette is preferred.
