In-Home Sales Consultant - Bathroom Remodeling & Aging-in-Place Solutions Kansas City Metro Area & Surrounding Communities | Full-Time | Uncapped Earnings Potential Help Homeowners Transform Their Bathrooms and Their Lives 4 State Home Improvements is one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies in the Midwest. We specialize in walk-in tubs, low-threshold showers, tub-to-shower conversions, and complete bathroom renovations designed to help homeowners age safely and comfortably in their homes. We're looking for a motivated, professional In-Home Sales Consultant to serve homeowners throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding communities within approximately a two-hour driving radius . You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, identify their needs, design solutions, and help them move forward with projects that improve safety, comfort, and quality of life. Add this under "What You'll Do" Travel throughout the Kansas City region and surrounding communities within an approximate two-hour territory Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations Conduct bathroom evaluations and needs assessments Present remodeling solutions including walk-in tubs, showers, and complete bathroom renovations Update the Compensation Section Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ annually Uncapped commissions Performance bonuses Pre-qualified company-provided appointments Growth opportunities into leadership roles Add a Territory Requirement What We're Looking For Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Kansas City market and surrounding communities Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance Comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and occasional weekends Strong Recruiting Hook Add this near the bottom: No cold calling.
