Hilton Garden Inn - Kansas City Riverside Position starting immediately to assist with pre-opening activities and sales support. Come be a part of Kansas City's newest Hilton hotel. A stunning property operated by Scarlett Hotel Group, a premier operator of Hilton hotels. The Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Sales and hotel leadership in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of group and corporate business. This role is critical during pre-opening and will help establish strong sales processes and organization. Position Summary The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, assisting with group bookings, client communication, contract preparation, and system management. This role helps ensure timely follow-up, accurate reporting, and a high level of service for all clients. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Administrative Support Assist Director of Sales with daily operations and client communication Prepare proposals, contracts, and group agreements Manage lead responses through Hilton systems (Delphi, CVENT, etc.) Track sales activity, bookings, and pipeline updates Maintain organized files and documentation Client & Guest Experience Respond to inquiries and support clients throughout the booking process Coordinate details for group stays and small meetings Ensure accurate communication between clients and hotel departments Pre-Opening Support Assist with building sales systems, templates, and processes Support setup of Delphi, lead management, and reporting tools Help organize opening sales materials and outreach efforts Reporting & Systems Maintain accurate data in sales systems and reporting tools Support weekly reporting and tracking of revenue goals Assist with marketing initiatives and local outreach efforts Work ExperienceExperience Prior hotel sales, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Experience with Hilton systems (Delphi, and PEP) a plus Strong organizational and communication skills required Skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Personal Attributes Positive, team-oriented mindset Professional and service-driven Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Hilton Team Member Travel Program (discounted hotel stays worldwide) Growth opportunities within Scarlett Hotel Group Exposure to a high-visibility hotel opening
