Job Description
Sales & Rental Coordinator We are looking for a dependable, motivated person to handle day-to-day sales and rental operations at our location. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, dealing with customers, and staying productive without constant supervision. Job Duties
- Handle U-Haul rentals, returns, reservations, and customer check-ins/check-outs
- Help customers with portable building, carport, and garage sales
- Answer phone calls, Facebook messages, and customer questions
- Follow up with potential customers and sales leads
- Create and post buildings, carports, garages, and promotions on Facebook
- Take pictures and keep online listings updated
- Prepare quotes and help customers choose building options
- Collect payments and complete basic paperwork
- Keep the office and sales area clean and organized
- Work independently and manage daily responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service What We're Looking For
- Dependable and on time
- Comfortable working alone and staying busy
- Good with customers and able to communicate professionally
- Active and knowledgeable on Facebook
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new programs
- Self-motivated and willing to follow up with customers
- Sales experience is helpful but not required — we can train the right person
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM This is a laid-back office and sales position, but we need someone who is reliable, takes initiative, and can handle the location independently.Pay:
$15.00- $19.
