Maintain good relationships between store management and staff. Reporting to work on time and follow weekly schedule. Inter-action on all company communication platforms in a positive and motivation manner. Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
