Leadership Team Job Summary Pyramid Roofing has been keeping roofs strong and clients happy since 1992. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Springfield team. Based entirely out of our Springfield office, you will serve as the mission control for our regional sales operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients, qualifying inbound leads, managing the sales pipeline, and scheduling pre-qualified appointments for our field-based In-Home Sales Consultants. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Qualification:
Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms. Qualify potential customers to understand their roofing, siding, or gutter needs.
Appointment Scheduling:
Strategically schedule and coordinate pre-qualified appointments for Sales Consultants, optimizing their daily travel routes around the Springfield metro area.
CRM Data Pipeline:
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, leads, and appointment statuses within our CRM system ( Acculynx ).
Sales Team Support:
Act as the central hub of communication between office administration, production managers, and the outside sales team to ensure seamless handoffs.
Follow-Up & Nurturing:
Re-engage past clients, follow up on open estimates, and nurture self-generated or marketing-backed leads to maximize conversion rates.
Customer Experience:
Deliver an exceptional, consultative first impression of Pyramid Roofing, setting clear expectations for the upcoming inspection process. ###
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service coordination, or a high-volume administrative role (experience in home improvement, construction, or roofing is a major plus, but not required).
Tech-Savvy:
High proficiency with CRM software (experience with Acculynx or similar platforms is highly preferred) and standard office tech (Microsoft Office, iOS tools).
Communication Mastery:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle pricing or scheduling objections confidently over the phone.
Organization:
Elite multi-tasker capable of managing a heavy pipeline of leads without letting details slip through the cracks.

Work Environment Note:

Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
