Join our team in Warrenton, MO as a Sales & Operations Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role will assist across multiple departments, including sales and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Sales & Administrative Support Assist sales team with pulling reports and gathering data Support quote preparation/follow-ups and help pull parts when needed Double-check orders for accuracy before processing Maintain organized records, filing, and document management Operations & Warehouse Support Coordinate and call in trucks for pickups and deliveries Assist with shipping and logistics as needed Gather and organize paperwork for warehouse orders Ensure orders are complete and ready for fulfillment Ordering office and shop supplies Small package and freight claims Perform pick, pack, and ship function as required. General Office Support Scan, file, and maintain documentation Customer website support Provide cross functional support to team members as needed Step in during busy periods to assist across departments What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good communication skills (internal and customer-facing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Consistent Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1st shift (no weekends)
