Job Description

Position Summary Perfect Game is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Gate Sales Representatives. This role is responsible for providing a positive first impression for players, families, and fans by efficiently managing gate admissions, selling event wristbands, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the tournament weekend. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of the nation's largest amateur baseball organization. Responsibilities Welcome spectators and provide excellent customer service. Sell and distribute daily and weekend admission wristbands. Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Verify spectator admissions and ensure all guests entering the facility have proper credentials or wristbands. Answer questions regarding event schedules, field locations, and tournament information. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional gate setup throughout the event. Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the conclusion of each shift. Attend pre-event meetings and pick up all assigned gate materials prior to each tournament. Return all equipment, cash, and supplies at the end of each event. Assist with merchandise sales when needed. Communicate any customer concerns or operational issues to the Gate Manager or Onsite Manager. Follow all Perfect Game operational procedures and safety guidelines.

Experience:
Retail/Ticket Sales or Event Experience preferred.
