Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive sales growth, foster lasting customer relationships, and contribute to our overall success. This is a commission only position with a car allowance. We will talk pay structure during the interview process. We are a propane company so experience in the industry is preferred. Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely deliveries and service appointments Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing options, and upselling opportunities Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Handle heavy lifting when managing inventory or setting up displays, ensuring safety protocols are followed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building rapport with clients Skills Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to communicate value effectively Strong math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins Proven ability in upselling products or services to maximize sales opportunities Excellent driving record and familiarity with route driving best practices Customer service expertise with a friendly, professional demeanor Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members Organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and merchandising tasks efficiently Physical capability for heavy lifting involved in inventory handling or display setup Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork skills Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career!
