Duties Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression. Build strong relationship with customers to understand their needs and preference. Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their style, space and budget. Actively engage with customers on the sales floor and draw them into the store experience. Provide product knowledge, recommendations and design suggestions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed individual and teams sales goals.
