This is not your typical sales job. We are looking for people who want an opportunity to build a career, develop valuable sales skills, and earn based on their performance. No roofing or sales experience is required we provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed. As a Construction Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners in your local market. Your responsibilities will include generating new business through face-to-face canvassing and networking, performing roof inspections, identifying potential storm damage, educating homeowners on their options, assisting customers through the insurance restoration process when applicable, and helping guide projects from the initial inspection through the sale. This is an active, field-based sales position not a desk job and not a cold-calling position. Successful representatives are comfortable meeting new people, knocking doors, following up with customers, working outside, and staying consistent even when the answer is "no."
