Job Description

Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a professional and engaging experience both in person and over the phone. Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles, features, and financing options. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle performance, features, and benefits. Maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing options, and manufacturer programs. Prepare accurate sales proposals and complete all related documentation efficiently and compliantly. Collaborate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and generate repeat business. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards of integrity and customer service. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor models, and evolving customer preferences. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred). Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning. 2 YEARS
