.A-1 Kendrick Fence Company is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. We have been serving Mississippi since 1966 and have built our reputation on quality work, strong customer relationships, and doing what we say we are going to do. We are looking for someone who can represent that reputation while helping us continue to grow. This is a salary + commission position with strong earning potential for someone who knows how to build relationships, solve problems, follow up, and close deals. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and commercial customers Run company-provided sales leads and appointments Evaluate customer needs and recommend the right fencing solution Measure projects and prepare accurate proposals Present estimates and clearly explain options to customers Consistently follow up on open estimates and opportunities Develop new business by building relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, realtors, HOAs, and other referral partners Generate new sales opportunities through networking and business development Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM Communicate project expectations clearly to customers and our operations team Meet established sales and closing goals What We're Looking For We aren't looking for someone who simply gives estimates. We're looking for a closer. Competitive and motivated by results Comfortable asking for the sale Professional and confident with customers Strong at communication and follow-up Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results Willing to prospect and develop new business instead of relying entirely on incoming leads Able to solve problems and find solutions for customers Experience in sales, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is preferred Fence experience is helpful, but sales ability and the willingness to learn are more important.
