This role is responsible for guiding clients through the product selection process for kitchen and bath related projects. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping customers find solutions that bring their projects to life. Duties
  • Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
  • Provide expert product selection guidance and design assistance.
  • Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and designers.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders.
  • Manage projects from consultation through completion.
  • Follow up proactively with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Research product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Process returns according to company policies.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
  • Participate in training, product knowledge sessions, and industry events.
  • Achieve or exceed established sales and gross profit goals. Qualifications
  • Previous sales, customer service, showroom, interior design, construction, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using technology, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in plumbing, appliances, lighting, hardware, cabinetry, or related products.
  • Knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, or design processes.
  • Previous showroom sales experience. Success Factors

Pay:
