We are growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Comfort Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping homeowners solve comfort issues, building relationships, and earning strong income through performance. Position Summary The Outside Sales Comfort Advisor meets with homeowners to provide solutions for heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and related home comfort needs. Leads are company-provided through inbound inquiries, technician referrals, marketing campaigns, and scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable guiding customers through equipment and financing options while maintaining a high level of professionalism. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement and upgrade needs Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations Present repair vs. replacement options clearly and professionally Prepare estimates and proposals using company software Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout the sales process Work closely with installation and service departments to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate records and notes in ServiceTitan CRM Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing coaching Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC, in-home sales, construction, or related industries is a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable presenting financing and investment options to homeowners Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay during ramp-up period Uncapped commission potential Company-provided leads Ongoing training and development Career growth opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Paid time off Health benefits (if applicable) Supportive team environment Why Join Monarch?
