Wireless Sales Consultant We're looking for a friendly, motivated Wireless Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Kalispell, MT. In this customer-facing role, you'll help customers explore wireless products and services, answer questions, and recommend options based on their individual needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing their sales skills, and being part of a team-focused environment. Previous wireless or retail experience is helpful, but not required — paid training is provided . What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products and services Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop new sales skills Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, military, or sales experience is helpful but not required Reliable transportation Weekend availability preferred What You'll Do Connect with customers in an in-person retail environment Learn about customers' wireless needs and recommend appropriate products and services Explain wireless plans, devices, promotions, and available options Provide a positive and professional customer experience Answer product questions and help customers make informed purchasing decisions Work toward individual and team sales goals Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions Build your communication, customer service, and sales abilities through ongoing training and coaching Pay & Benefits $15-$20 per hour + commission and bonuses Weekly pay Paid training Commission and bonus opportunities Employee discounts Full-time and part-time opportunities available Part-time schedules require a minimum of 25 hours per week Ongoing coaching and professional development Opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance Schedule & Location This is an in-person position in Kalispell, Montana and is not a remote role. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Applicants should have flexibility to work within retail operating hours, including some evenings and weekends.
