Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a Montana-based company serving the timber, lumber, and woodworking industries. This dynamic role offers a blend of sales support, customer service, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and office operations. Locations Missoula, MT Columbia Falls, MT Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional inside sales support and customer service Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and drive business growth Assist with shipping and receiving operations Prepare and process UPS and LTL shipments, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) Operate a forklift safely to move palletized materials and heavy products Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment as needed Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Perform general administrative and office support duties Maintain efficient day-to-day office operations and work independently when needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused workplace Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience (DOE) Retirement savings plan with employer matching after one year of employment Health insurance eligibility after 90 days Paid vacation Paid holidays Why You'll Love This Opportunity Diverse responsibilities that keep every day interesting Opportunity to build valuable sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service experience Work with a company that serves Montana's thriving timber and woodworking industries Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop new skills Stable full-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits Work Environment This position combines office, warehouse, and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
