Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, generating qualified leads through outbound phone calls. You will reach out to current clients for upgrades and referrals, contact warm prospects, and perform cold calling to introduce our award-winning security and automation solutions. What We're Looking For 1+ years of telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling experience (security, home services, or B2C sales preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Reliable transportation to our Apex office
